Sean Kerr

Sean Kerr is a consumer defense litigation attorney in the Firm’s Dallas office. Sean’s practice focuses on defending creditors, collection agencies and debt buyers in single-plaintiff and class-action lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act.

Sean graduated with honors from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 2023, where he served as a Director on the Board of Advocates. While pursuing his Juris Doctor, Sean competed in various moot court and negotiation competitions including the Billings, Exum & Frye National Moot Court Competition and the Whitten-Burrage Negotiation Competition. Sean is admitted to practice in Texas.

When he's not working, Sean enjoys golfing, reading, cooking with his family, and following his favorite sports team - Chelsea Football Club.
