Dayle M. Van Hoose
Dayle M. Van Hoose practices in the firm’s consumer defense and commercial litigation practice groups. Dayle is originally from Okeechobee, FL. She earned her bachelor’s degree, magna cum laude, in Criminology, with a minor in psychology, from the University of South Florida in 2002, and went on to earn her law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida Frederick G. Levin College of Law in 2005.
Dayle’s practice focuses on defending both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statues, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Dayle also counsels clients on developing policies and procedures to comply with such federal and state laws. Dayle is admitted to practice in Florida, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, the Northern District of Illinois, Southern District of Illinois, and the Southern District of Texas.
