Bradley St. Angelo

Bradley J. St. Angelo primarily practices in the firm's consumer defense group, defending both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits and arbitrations brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statues, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and state unfair trade practices laws. Bradley also practices in the business and corporate group, advising clients on business formation, negotiating and structuring commercial transactions, and drafting and reviewing contracts.

Admitted in Louisiana and Florida, as well as appearing pro hac vice in state and federal courts throughout the country, Bradley has successfully defended student loan servicers, financial institutions, and debt collectors. Bradley represents the firm's clients at all stages of litigation, from pre-suit demands and discovery through appeals, as well as provides advice and counsel to develop risk-management and litigation avoidance strategies and procedures.

Additionally, Bradley is routinely retained by insurers in high-stakes litigation to act as monitoring counsel to provide independent case review and analysis, assess exposure, and assist primary counsel to limit liability and damages.
