JUSTIN H. HOMES
Justin H. Homes practices primarily in the Firm’s Consumer Defense Section, Commercial Litigation Section, and Compliance & Regulatory Section. He is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience representing businesses in the financial services industry.
Justin has appeared and argued in numerous federal and state courts across the country. He has defended thousands of single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits alleging claims under various consumer protection statutes, such as the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act. He has amassed many dozens of wins on important issues impacting businesses in the financial services industry.
In addition to being a known litigator, Justin also has special expertise relating to student loan servicing and collections. He regularly advises clients on important issues impacting their business and develops creative solutions to address complicated legal issues.
Justin also brings a unique skillset to his work with his background and knowledge on advancing technologies. He is often called upon to assist with projects involving complicated computer issues or large amounts of data.
