Debbie P. Kirkpatrick practices primarily in the Firm’s Compliance & Regulatory Section and Consumer Defense Section. Debbie is a seasoned practitioner who has been advising clients in the financial services industry for many years about various related laws and issues impacting their business. She also has extensive litigation experience and has defended thousands of single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other federal and state consumer protection laws.
