Lindsay Socie practices primarily in the Firm's Consumer Defense and Commercial Litigation Sections. After serving as a law clerk for the Firm, Lindsay joined the Firm as an associate. She defends collection agencies, creditors, debt buyers, and other financial institutions in lawsuits brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statutes, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

While in law school, Lindsay was admitted to the limited practice of law pursuant to Rule XX of the Louisiana Supreme Court to serve as a student attorney in the Tulane Domestic Violence Clinic. She also served as the Senior Communications Editor for Volume 49 of the Tulane Maritime Law Journal, and was an officer for the Tulane Civil Law Society.
