Jack I. Primack was born and raised in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. In 2019, he graduated summa cum laude from Southeastern Louisiana University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science. There he served as Vice President for the Pre-Law Students Association.

In 2023, he graduated magna cum laude from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law with a Juris Doctor Degree. During that time, he served as Publishing Editor for the Loyola Journal of Public Interest Law and received the “Best Comment Award” for his published article on constitutional law. He also served as Staff Member for Moot Court.

Prior to attending law school, he interned at the District Attorney’s Office for Louisiana’s 22nd Judicial District Court.

During law school, he clerked for Southeast Louisiana Legal Services where he worked to provide civil legal aid to underserved communities. As recognition of his dedication to civil legal services, he received the Mark and Monica Surprenant Access to Social Justice Fellowship. He also externed for Chief Judge Nannette Jolivette Brown in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana. There he gained a significant understanding of federal procedure and practice.

He began working for Sessions, Israel & Shartle in October 2023. His practice is concentrated in the areas of employment and consumer law.

While not at work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and trying new restaurants.
