On Wednesday, August 26, 2020, at 11CST/12EST, SFNI attorneys, Elizabeth Fite Blanco and Rachel Morris, will lead a Live Video Training Seminar regarding the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA) and the legal issues presented by children returning to schools online or partially online.

We will discuss when FFCRA paid leave is required, the documentation you must request, how to get your tax credit, whether you can apply accrued PTO and Vacation to FFCRA leave, and how to calculate FFCRA leave time and pay.

We will also explore when intermittent FFCRA paid leave is appropriate and how to spot traditional Family Medical Leave Act leave issues during the FFCRA interactive process.

Elizabeth Fite Blanco is board certified by the Florida Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. For the third year in a row, Rachel Morris has been named a "Florida Super Lawyer - Rising Star in Employment & Labor Law."
