Effective January 1, 2022, Sessions is pleased to announce that Aaron Easley, Justin Homes, Brian Roth, and Whitney White joined the Firm’s leadership as Partners.


             Aaron Easley

Aaron joined Sessions in 2010 and has successfully anchored the Firm’s Consumer Defense practice group in the Middle-Atlantic Region, where he is admitted to practice law in courts in Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia. He has managed hundreds of class action lawsuits to successful conclusion with his aggressive, but reasoned defense leadership style. Aaron has over 200 reported legal opinions to his credit and has extensive first chair trial experience in federal and state courts, AAA proceedings, and administrative hearings.  

 
             Justin Homes

Justin joined Sessions in 2007 bringing with him a broad range of civil business litigation experience in Louisiana to bolster the success of the Firm’s Consumer Defense and Commercial Litigation practice groups at the Firm’s Louisiana headquarters. During Justin’s established career at the Firm, Justin has argued in state and federal courts throughout the country, litigating issues that have been critically important in protecting his financial service clients’ interests. Over the last several years, Justin has focused on litigation affecting private student loan creditors and servicers, and Sessions has had the privilege of witnessing his growth and expertise in student loan regulatory compliance issues and litigation defense.

 
                Brian Roth

Brian is a seasoned business litigator and has been an integral part of Sessions’ Consumer Defense practice group in our Louisiana headquarters since 1999.  Brian has successfully defended some of the largest banks, student loan lenders, servicers, and collection agencies in nationwide consumer class actions in state and federal courts throughout the country, and has a broad range of experience in representing creditors in matters involving general lender liability, retail banking disputes, bankruptcy litigation, breach of contract, and business torts.

 
           Whitney White

Working out of Sessions’ Texas office, Whitney has worn many hats since first joining the firm in 2010, including roles in the Firm’s Consumer Defense, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law, and Securities Litigation practices. In her current role, Whitney is part of the Firm’s Compliance & Regulatory group where she assists clients with responding to complex regulatory actions and investigations by enforcement agencies including the CFPB, FTC, and State Attorneys General. Whitney has also earned the distinction as a Super Lawyers - Rising Star in Consumer Law for 2019, 2020 and 2021 - an exclusive selection with only 2.5% of attorneys in Texas under the age of 40 receiving this honor.

This class of four accomplished individuals reflect the diversity of our nationwide firm culture and legal experience, but share a common thread of passion for excellence, integrity in their legal practice, and commitment to our clients – all of which lay at the heart and foundation of our Firm’s success.
