Spencer M. Schulz

Spencer M. Schulz is an associate attorney in the firm’s consumer defense practice group. Spencer’s practice primarily focuses on defending both single-plaintiff and class action lawsuits and arbitrations brought under federal and state consumer protection and commercial statues, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. 

Being admitted to practice in Louisiana, as well as many district and appellate courts around the country, Spencer has successfully defended numerous banks, financial institutions and debt collectors.
