Join us for our newest 1 hour ACA presentation on June 16 for Part II of a 2-part series addressing potential litigation risks and liability facing employers for Covid-19 reopening issues.

Covid-19 employment litigation is now being filed. Our Q&A will focus on limiting risk and liability by a step-by-step reopening program to return qualified employees to work.

We will focus on: assessing business operations, bringing employees back to work, and ensuring a safe workplace, and protecting your business from possible employee claims.

Even if these steps are further in the future for some employers than others, now is the time to think about these issues, because with these next steps comes a whole new set of labor and employment challenges.

We will address topics under Title VII (discrimination), the ADA (disability), FMLA (medical leaves), the FFCRA (paid leave), CARES (unemployment), and the FLSA (wage & hour requirements).

This program is open to ACA International members.
