Emily Chase-Sosnoff practices primarily in labor and employment law. Her practice includes representing businesses in cases involving discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful discharge, wage and hour and employment contract disputes before state and federal courts. She also handles claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and virtually all federal employment enforcement agencies and many state and local agencies throughout the U.S. On the compliance side, Emily advises clients on human resources issues and employee policies and procedures to ensure federal and state law compliance and workplace solutions.
Emily earned her bachelor’s degree in political science, with honors, from the University of Chicago in 2010. She attended Chicago-Kent College of Law as an Honors Scholar and earned her law degree, cum laude, in 2013. While in law school, Emily was a Notes and Comments Editor for the Chicago-Kent Law Review, as well as an award-winning moot court competitor and coach.
Emily is licensed to practice law in the States of Florida and New Mexico, the U.S. District Court for the District of New Mexico, and the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Before joining the firm, Emily worked in Albuquerque, New Mexico, primarily in the areas of management-side employment and healthcare litigation.
