Abigail S. Pressler
Abigail S. Pressler practices primarily in the areas of regulatory compliance and consumer defense litigation. Ms. Pressler received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at the University of Central Florida and earned her law degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law in 2010. During law school, Ms. Pressler also served as a Judicial Intern for the Honorable Pamela A.M. Campbell who sat on the appellate panel for the 6th Judicial Circuit Court.
Ms. Pressler has two papers published in scholarly journals and has presented her paper on ethics and jurisprudence at international conferences in Athens, Greece and Vancouver, Canada. Her paper on jurisprudence is now part of the Stetson curriculum and she returns annually as a guest speaker on jurisprudence and legal writing.
Ms. Pressler is licensed to practice law in Florida as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Florida, the Middle District of Florida, the Southern District of Florida, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the Florida Bar and a mentor for the Florida Bar’s Young Lawyers Division.
